Users will get upto 50% off on selected items between 15 Dec and 05 Jan.

No other coupons can be clubbed during the sale period.

All prices are excluding GST. 5% GST is applied on all products.

Shipping of Rs. 150/- will be applied on each order that is below Rs 5000/-. One order can contain multiple products.

Shipping is free on all orders above Rs. 5000/-

No refund or exchange will be entertained until there is a manufacturing defect. An opening video as a proof will be required to validate such claims.

To claim refunds, customer needs to email us at info@cherriscope.com, along with order number describing the issue along with the contact details within 7 days of receiving the product. Our concern team will reach out to the customer to discuss the issue.

If customer wish to return the defective product, maximum of Rs. 150/-  will be refunded against the shipping cost. Customer will be eligible for full refund of the amount in such scenarios.

Cherriscope Lifestyle reserves the right to deny the claims if product is found in used condition or a proper proof is not provided.

Some items may go out of stock due to sale on multiple platform. In that scenario, customer will be sent an email regarding the same. Full refund will be generated if customer confirms cancellation for the items that are out of stock. 

If the order contains any Ajrakh Saree which is out of stock, it will then be made on orders and delivery timeline for such sarees is 3-4 weeks. Customer will be sent an email for the confirmation. Orders for such Sarees which are made on orders can't be cancelled.
