Orders placed in India are catered by safe and reliable courier companies such as DTDC, Professional Couriers, Xpressbees, Anjani Couriers and many more. Sometimes we also send parcel through SpeedPost. For international orders, the shipment is via Fedex or DHL. Courier cost for international shipping will be communicated before dispatching. Based on confirmation, orders will be dispatched. Products which are made on order basis, the production time would be mentioned in the product description. Made on order basis require 10-12 working days to dispatch. After dispatch, for within India, the shipping takes 3-5 working days and sometimes could be longer, for international orders, the shipping time depends on the country, between 5 - 12 days. Once dispatched, the tracking number would be shared to the registered email address to track the shipment.
We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company but will definitely help you track down your package through our partnering courier company.
Though shipping is calculated as per weight and volume by our courier partners, we have kept a nominal fee for our customers. Here are the details of shipping charges:
Rs. 100 for purchase of goods upto Rs. 2,500/-
Rs. 200 for purchase of goods upto Rs. 5,000/-
Rs. 300 for purchase of goods upto Rs. 10,000/-
Free for purchase of goods above Rs. 10,001/-
Once the product is shipped and in case customer needs to return the product, shipping charges will not be refunded.
We offer safe and secure credit, debit and internet banking options for Visa and MasterCard holders.
ORDER CONFIRMATION AND SHIPPING
We will send an email confirming your order. As selling is happening through multiple platforms, there is a possibility of order getting cancelled in view of unavailability.
All prices are exclusive of GST. Any clothing item which is below Rs. 1000 is taxed at 5% and above Rs. 1000 is taxed at 12%.
REFUND OR EXCHANGES OR RETURNS
As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold. Orders that have been cancelled by us will be eligible for full refund.
Once the products are sold they can be exchanged for replacement only.
If you would like to have a size exchange for the product you have ordered or if the product is damaged, please inform us within 7 days of the receipt of the product by writing to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with order number, full name, address and size change required/ images of the damaged product and our customer care team will contact you within 1-2 business days and will guide you through the process of exchanging the product. We request you to please assist them if they ask you for further information or photographs to access your return request. Products that have been customized as per clients requirements such a custom sizing or custom design will not be eligible for an exchange. Products that have been used or damaged will not be eligible for an exchange.
The cost for shipping the product back to us is to be borne by you. We will take care of the shipping, when the corrected product is delivered to you.
Cherriscope reserves the right to refuse a return of product purchased from us if the product is not received in its original condition, or is received damaged or has been found to be used. All products to be returned must be notified to within 7 Days of receipt of your order and dispatched within 7 working days of the receipt of the order. We would require you to deliver all the original documents with the product.
